The conditions for patuco's founding partners, written from day one.
A pioneer is a partner who registers between 4 October 2026 and the end of the launch period, on 4 April 2027. Every benefit has a start date, an end date and written conditions — from day one.
1. Free launch
Free access to the Leash features: full profile, agenda with online booking, unlimited owner records, return reminders and entries in the pet record book. Unlimited free contacts. Clinics and hotels with a team can ask for the Pack features.
2. Pioneer discount
50% off the paid plan subscribed within the window. Monthly billing during the window; the yearly option becomes available at the end, at the frozen price. Those who stay on Paw keep the pioneer status until the end of the window.
3. Permanent benefit
Frozen price: you pay the current list price even if prices go up. And the "Founder" badge on your profile, forever.

The programme calendar may be extended; any change is announced by e-mail and on the platform 60 days in advance. We never shorten it.

Conditions
Summary of the Pioneers Programme conditions. The full partner terms are under legal review and will be published before launch.
- The start and end dates of each benefit are published at registration and on this page.
- Keeping the benefits depends on: a complete profile, an average reply time under 24 h, an active account and no breaches.
- Breaching the conditions removes the highlight; repeated breaches, after a warning, remove the pioneer status.
- Cancelling or suspending the subscription removes the frozen price (on return, the price in force applies). The "Founder" badge stays.
- Benefits are personal and non-transferable: they do not pass with the sale or transfer of the account.
- The frozen price applies to the subscribed plan. When changing plan, the price in force for the new plan applies.
- Changes to commercial conditions are announced by e-mail and on the platform 60 days in advance.
- The partner authorises the use of their name and logo as a patuco partner.
- The operating rules also apply during launch: at most 4 partners per request, charges only when the owner replies and refund after 72 h.

We are starting in Grande Porto. Partners from other areas can register; communication to pet owners opens area by area.
