We are building the platform in phases. Leave your e-mail on the app page and we will let you know as soon as you can install it.

Nothing. Searching providers, requesting quotes, posting a lost pet or reading the platform information is free for owners.

Choose the area, tell us which pet you have, where you are and what you need. Providers in your area receive the request and answer you through the platform. You compare the answers, choose and, at the end, rate the service.

There are plans with and without a monthly fee. On Paw (€0) you get 3 free contacts a month and pay €2.50 for each one after that; on Leash (€16.90/month) you get 8 contacts included, an agenda with online booking, an unlimited client book and return reminders; on Pack (€49.90/month) contacts are unlimited. Prices without VAT. You can change plan at any time.

A contact is your offer to an owner's request. It is only charged when the owner answers the offer (accepts or declines) — never when you send it. If the owner does not answer within 72 hours, the contact is refunded automatically. Each request takes at most 4 offers and you see your position ("you are the 2nd of 4") before sending.

Whoever registers until the end of the free launch is a founding partner: until that date you get the Leash features and unlimited, free contacts; in the following 6 months you pay 50% on the paid plan; and whoever subscribes a paid plan inside that window keeps the price frozen while the subscription stays active, plus the permanent "Founder" badge. The dates are published on the plan page and any commercial change is announced 60 days in advance.

We ask for the company or professional details and, in regulated areas such as health, the professional licence. Once validated, the profile receives the "verified" badge.

You post the photos, the last known location and, if you wish, a reward. The ad is shared on patuco's social networks and users in the area receive an alert. Whoever finds the pet answers directly on the ad.
